Cancellation Policy
Service Fees:
$20 Same Day Fee
$45 VIP Sunday / Squeeze In
$50 Before & After Hrs
(Before 8AM/ After 4PM)
$60+ Travel Fee
Your $26 deposit will be charged to the card entered when booking. This applies to self booked and prebooked appointments. Prebooked appointments will be charged the Sunday before your appointment date.
-No extra guest (guest will be turned around)
-Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance, to avoid 50% fees.
-No Call / No Show = Blocked from booking
-10 minute grace period anything after will accrue a late fee of $20
-If you wish to reschedule do so within 48 hours to keep deposit (1 reschedule per appointment)
-Rescheduling more than once will be charged an inconvenience fee of $26
-Your remaining balance of your appointment she be paid on the date of service, using exact change we do not carry change.

-No Refunds (Under rare circumstances we will offer a credit to your account)
